Juhi Chawla’s new venture ‘I am Megha’ a Kashmiri tale…
Ok, this is great news for many reasons, firstly we know we will see Juhi Chawla on screen again and secondly Bollywood is going back to Kashmir which is good for people Kashmir and everybody else.
Now, the news is that Juhi is doing this Short Hindi film titled either ‘I am Megha’ or simply ‘Megha’. The film is based on the separation and coming together of two young Kashmiri women, Megha, a Pandit who is turned into a refugee, and her Muslim counterpart Rubina, who stays in the valley. The reunion takes place after a gap of 20 years.
The movie is directed by film maker Onir and also has Manisha Koirala & Sanjay Suri amongst others in lead roles. Can’t wait to see it already.
